Shipping:

Please note that every order is carefully packed by hand in our facility. We take great care to adhere to safety precautions while preparing your order, and thus, please note that online orders may take a little extra time. Additionally, please note that in Canada, due to large volumes and demand, there can be delays across the entire shipping network. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at hello@mavanatural.com with your Order Number in the subject line and we will be happy to assist you. 

Each address you choose to ship to is considered a separate order and subject to applicable shipping and handling fees. Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided during checkout. Please make sure to provide all the details needed including apartment/suite/building number, and the company name if applicable. Please note we do not ship to PO boxes in Canada.

All orders will be shipped by Canada Post ground, or express delivery if that method is chosen. All orders will be tracked. Tracked deliveries that cannot be delivered will be shipped again at the customer’s expense or canceled.

Delivery times will vary according to the delivery address and may take up to 3-9 business days once your order has been processed. Orders are typically processed in 2 business days. For specific delivery lead times, please contact us with your request before placing your order. You may reach us by e-mail at hello@mavanatural.com Monday through Friday, 10 am to 6 pm EST.

MAVA NATURAL is not responsible for any loss of the products following shipment from MAVA or its agents’ facilities to the delivery address.

MAVA NATURAL is also not responsible for any delays in delivery. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as a reason for canceling the order.

Refunds

We are unable to accept returns at this time but please feel free to contact us with any concerns and we will see how we can make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
